“Weddings are not always happening as planned. Time ran out and we didn’t start the portrait session on time, the location I previously chose was no longer an option so we headed straight to the reception venue. Sometimes you don’t engage with the space in front of you, you are not inspired by the lines, the colors, the light but this is a job and you have to do it right. I grabbed the beautiful couple and took them down to an empty parking lot, now I was going to know what I´m made of.
I shot quite a few photos, all in front of this grey wall, all look different. I made lemonade.”
